Learning Outcomes

  • Explain what Chain of Responsibility means and who can influence safety.
  • Recognise the five main CoR risk areas: fatigue, speed, mass/dimension, loading/restraint and vehicle standards.
  • Know when to stop, escalate and refuse unsafe transport activity.
  • Complete basic checks and records that support 2Easy Freight's SMS.
  • Report hazards, incidents and near-misses so controls can be improved.

When Drivers Must Complete This Course

  • Before first job with 2Easy Freight.
  • Before returning from suspension or a serious compliance breach.
  • After a serious incident, near miss or repeated defect/non-conformance.
  • At least annually as a refresher.
